I'm a father of Kawasaki Disease survivor baby boy, my oldest son Liam. We are so lucky to have come out of our Kawasaki experience healthy and that's partly because of Liam's pediatrician. Where other doctors passed his symptoms off as common, she went with her gut feeling and potentially saved the life of our son. In thanks I designed a graphic art piece I'll be printing and giving to her in thanks - something to bring some colour to her clinic and be a reminder of at least one set of thankful parents. I've also submitted the graphic art to Threadless - a chance for it to become a selection people can choose to purchase etc. I like the idea of promoting the awareness of Kawasaki Disease and thought this could be a great chance to.
