My son had KD in 2014. He's had Strep 3 times in the last year. His symptoms are a head to toe rash and his face swells up. If I don't get him on steroids within a few hours of the rash starting his face will swell to the point that is eyes are swollen shut.

He does not have a fever, red or sore throat, no headache, but the strep test always comes back positive.

The pediatrician says she's never seen anything like it. I've often wondered if it was some how related to KD.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
