Very interesting. I was four months shy of being 35 years old when my son was born, I was born overseas on a military base in Germany, and I did test positive for group B strep with my first child, not with him though. But I did have fifth disease when I was six weeks pregnant with him.

I can't see any connection with these factors to my sons kd. I was 27 when he was born and I have not been sick or diagnosed with anything during the pregnancy. He was only 9 weeks old when diagnosed with kd and he was then in hospital for the first time of his life (after he was born). So none of these factors match with our case.
