Heart isease in families

I don't know if there are any studies, but my daughter's 3 year old just got her KD diagnosis this month. Is there any link to family heart issues and KD?

I can't really help with any definite answers, however I am 25.5 years post kd and both of my children were born with heart conditions, I know there hasn't been enough scientific studies to prove a hereditary link but just wanted to put that out there xx
