Dec. 6 Chicago Fundraiser

Hey Chicago KD Folks!

An organization called Donate Your Way has selected the KD foundation as one of their charities for their 2013 fundraiser! Their goal is to bring in $10,000! I was personally touched because a member of the organization recommended the KD foundation after my son was diagnosed with KD this past year, we are beyond excited to attend.

The 2013 Donate Your Way Fundraiser will be held at 7 p.m. December 6 at Estate Ultra Bar in Chicago. (1177 N. Elston Ave., Chicago, IL)

As always, we will be collecting new and unwrapped toys for the Walter and Connie Payton Foundation's Toy Drive. This year's monetary proceeds will be donated to Kawasaki Disease Foundation!

This year's event will include incredible raffle prizes, complimentary appetizers, drink specials ($30 wristbands and $9 Ketel), VALET PARKING and great music for another fun-filled night benefitting two very charitable causes.

We understand the difficulty of attending given the holiday season but we are now offering a way you can still make a difference! Donating through First Giving is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts.
While we do hope to see you on December 6, we would and always do greatly appreciate the support and any donations you can manage this holiday season!
