Itchy rash 2 weeks post treatment persisting

After 4 visits to local docs and hospital my 6 year old was diagnosed w KD at a children's hospital near by and subsequently treated w IVIg. One course was successful and we were in hospital for 4 days total.
Echo normal, seemed to be on the mend. He had presented with a bumpy and very itchy rash all over.
Face, trunk, arms, legs. Back to children's hospital and they have steroid creams. A week in the rash persists.
Initially had no other symptoms besides rash. Poor guy is so uncomfortable! Does anyone else have any experiences with post IViG rashes?

My son had treatment, we are on day 18 now. And he is forming a dry rash on arm and leg. Im so worried dosnt seen to be itchy
