Elevated ANA, RNP Antibodies post IVIG/ Kawasaki

Can anyone else share about their child's blood work post IVIG and Kawasaki? My son has Centromere B, RNP and ANA antibodies present in his lab work. Blood work was done 3 weeks after IVIG. They have referred us to a Rheumatologist because it now could be Scleroderma or Lupus? I just find it hard to believe that it is something else...could the Kawasaki skew his blood work? Please help. I am sure a lot of ID doctors don't run blood work right after IVIG. He did ot because my son was still having pain in his hands and ankles. Please help!!!!
