Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria 5 days post IVIG! HELP!

Please someone help us. Our daughter was diagnosed with Kawasaki at 3 years of age. 5 days post IVIG she developed red-dot-itis (this is the name we made up because nobody knew what it was). We have been to a Rheumatologist, Cardiologist, Dermatologist, Allergist and Immunologist. She has recently been diagnosed with Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria. When she gets hives, they are the size of a softball, yellow in the center and she will have them all over her. She scratches and develops secondary infections that require hospitalization. They suspect the eosinophils are a part culprit. The doctor also said he's questioning mastocyctosis. My frustration is through the roof. I had a normal child before Kawasaki! They have my 5 year old on 4X the adult dose of Allegra, Atarax, Singular and are adding another medication. They are discussing the fact they may have to put her on the same drugs as transplant patients to stop this. Has anyone ever encountered this type of problem? If so, what worked?
