I was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease in 1992 at 7 years old (Australia). At the time I was treated only with Aspirin, the IVIG treatment wasn't used then.
Both coronary arteries were affected. The aneurysms didn't return to original size by the 2 year mark. An angiogram was recommended but we never followed up.
I'm now almost 32 and haven't seen a cardiologist in over 20 years. After reading some of the current studies around long term issues, I thought it might be a good idea just to check in with a cardiologist.
When I mentioned it to my family/gp the response was 'not to worry'. I don't want to go looking for health problems. I assume if there were any issues they would present themselves? KD adults, do you still follow up with a cardiologist and how often?

Won't hurt to see a doctor and will likely ease your mind. Isn't that reason enough for a visit to the cardiologist?
